▪️ Please add your students in Zoom in advance. They might come to your meeting room directly through the meeting room link. If they don’t accept your friend request, please wait in your meeting room.
▪️ If you need to cancel a lesson, please do so at least 10 hours in advance before the lesson. You can click on the lesson and cancel it. Late cancellation or missing a lesson will result in a penalty of losing one credit.
▪️ If you cancel a lesson please send an email to your student and explain your circumstance and cc the admin so the admin can extend the credit expiry date for the student.
▪️ Please fill out the lesson report form during the lesson. You can find the form when you click the lesson.
